I love the fresh start of a new year! I am so excited about what is going to happen within my family and my business in 2009.
I hope you had a great time last night and today - welcoming in the new year! Last night we had some of our friends and their kids over for dinner and games. It was fun to get together with them again. They always make us laugh and they always bring great food, too. Today I spent time with my husband and kids. We went out for lunch and then to the mall. We are fixing to eat a Chicken Pot Roast made with Homemade Gourmet seasoning. YUM! After dinner we are going to curl up on the couch and watch a movie. Okay enough of that -- as I promised in my previous post, I have lots of pictures and projects to share from all of the Christmas gifts I made this year.
This first one is a calendar. Each season has a side and displays three months. How I wish I would have made more of them so I would have one for myself! I am always having to do an online search for a current calendar when I sit down to pay our bills every month. This calendar would be a cute solution to that problem.
